Hi! How are you? I read your letter and shocked when I saw your photo. You look fatter than last summer, so I decided to write you some advices. First, stop eating sweets and foods have much oil and calories. Second, eat three meals a day. These meals must contain fruits and vegetables. Third, You should do some exercises like running or swimming everyday. Fourth, You should not sleep more than ten hours a day. Finally, you should go on a diet given by a doctor.
