Honestly, apologizing is a hard thing for me
But anyhow it depends on the person and how serious my mistake was.
If he or she was very cloze to me I would give him or her a present
If our relationship was so formal I would just say sorry
and let him/her know that I didnt mean to hurt and that I am ashamed of
